Business Administrator {part time}

Beyond Home Services is a well-established boutique home renovation company with an additional portfolio of investment properties and a partnership with a premium Design firm, Home Theory. Together, the companies offer a superior renovation experience with an emphasis on client experience and excellence in project results.
Position Summary:
Essential company position primarily providing administrative and business operations support. As a main point of contact, this position represents the company and regularly interacts with clients, contractors, business partners, management, and employees. The position requires professional and courteous conduct at all times, excellence in customer service delivery, and a self-starter mindset. This is not an entry level position and requires a strong history of administrative experience.
Hours:
Primarily Monday-Friday 9am – 1pm, with opportunity for additional part time hours as needed.
Possibility to increase to a full time position with additional responsibilities in the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides administrative and business support and coordination including, but not limited to:
- Material ordering
- Vendor support
- State required filings and paperwork
- Communication with business partners
- Employee and 1099 file management
- Light social media management
- Creating blogs, social media posts, and company newsletters with support from the Design and Construction team
- Managing email inboxes
- Utilizing construction management software and/or tracking systems
- Creating company and client documents
- Company data management
- Maintaining subcontractor agreements and insurance logs
- Planning and overseeing company events
- Pickups and deliveries of product samples to job sites, vendors, and clients
- Scheduling meetings
- Creating vacation, birthday, and company calendar
- Paying and sending invoices
- Attending in person monthly meetings and record meeting minutes
- Maintaining documentation of company logins vendor/referral lists
- Assisting the Design team in staging projects for photography
- Sending client approvals, contracts, and documents
Provides customer service support and coordination including, but not limited to:
- Answering phone calls on a forwarded company line
- Screening potential clients/projects
- Responding to emails and voicemails
- Progressing vendor and client relationships
- Attending in person client and vendor meetings
- Managing client retention program

Required Qualifications:

- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Recommended Qualifications:
- Familiarity with construction processes and materials
- Knowledge in construction management software
